On October 29, 2018, the mayor of Fair Lawn, New Jersey, Kurt Peluso, proclaimed October 29, 2018 to be "Lizzie Sider Day" in Fair Lawn.
A year later, on October 29, 2019, Lizzie went back to celebrate with the students at Thomas Jefferson Middle School!
