Singer-songwriter Lizzie Sider will be bringing her anti-bullying tour to two schools in Seminole and Lake counties this week.
Lizzie, a 15-yr-old singer/songwriter based in Boca Raton, is traveling around Florida with her Bully Prevention School Assembly Tour. She is featuring her song, “ Butterfly,” which was written with country musician Jamie O’Neal. The song talks about emerging as a unique, colorful butterfly after having been bullied. The singer herself was a victim of bullying when she was younger.
The musician previously took the tour to California and is wrapping up a 100-school tour through Florida.
Her stops include Forest City Elementary in Altamonte Springs on Wednesday and Roundlake Elementary in Mt. Dora on Thursday.
